Replica of the Scottish 18th century outfit of Brianna Fraser from the fourth season of Outlander. This costume should be worn with period appropriate stays and bum roll to achieve the correct silhouette. The woollen jacket is lightly boned, closes with hooks and eyes, and has a sewn in stomacher of matching tartan. The woollen petticoat ties around the waist, this is a historical method. The tartan fabric is the exact same as the tweed that was used in the show. For modesty, a linen fichu is worn, and for warmth a pair of moss green arm warmers can be added. Based on the show, this outfit can also be worn with both an olive/moss green coat and a knitted shawl, both of these were not made by me.
